A great test of workout clothing is if you don't think about it while you're wearing it. That means it fits great and is performing the job it was made to do.That was my experience with this shirt. I put it on, it seemed to fit well, and then I forgot I had it on. Nothing pulled funny or caught as I went through my day. I never felt overly hot or damp.
