Convenient but literally spits everywhere
Used in Taekwondo. It's comfortable and I love how easy it is to breathe through the holes. The protection is excellent. We wear full face helmets so a lip guard is overkill but I really like them compared to regular mouthguards. HOWEVER - you're drooling like crazy and said saliva will flow out of those cool vents. And your workout gear might be covered in saliva, and I hate that. Even if you bend down, saliva will flow out of your mouth and spread all over the mat. Super gross. This mouthguard is probably best suited for outdoor activities.
