The backpack came very quickly. But he didn't come with instructions or anything. I had to figure out how to work with him myself. It would be impossible for a person who is not too tech savvy. I really love the bag. Will have people's attention wherever you go. The application to use the bag is very buggy and you have to connect via wifi. some kind of pain As I said, I love the bag and would give it 5 stars if instructions were included and the app needed an update. Other than that great work overall!
