I like that we can set up alerts for our customers, so when someone comes into an area of one of our stores, it sends us an email alert letting us know what time/day this person was at our store. We have not found anything about swipii that we dislike. It has been easy to use and very helpful in keeping track of customer information. The only thing I would suggest changing is that sometimes you get emails from swipii even if no new activity happens during your shift. This isn't always bad but we do wish there were some way to turn off these notifications. If you are looking for something simple and affordable to keep track of all of your customers, then look no further! Our staff loves using swipii because it makes their jobs easier by allowing them to check in more easily with each customer who visits one of our locations.
