I'm happy with most of the accessories. The spring form pan is as big as can fit in the Mini, which is good. I'm sure I'll use the steamer basket. The mitts are o.k. for using with the Mini but I used them to take out a cookie sheet from my oven and I could feel the heat from the pan. The cookbook is o.k. but not specifically for the Mini - some of the recipes are for 6 qt. I've been using my 8 qt. IP for many years. I was hoping to get some ideas of what is different from the larger IP's and the Mini.
