Stopped working after 2 years
This scale was great and worked as it should for two years. We kept it in a cool, dry place and used it about once a month on average. Last month the device just wouldn't turn on and I have no idea why. I wrote to the manufacturer, got no answer. Now the same device costs $30 more, but I'll take my money elsewhere due to the lack of customer service. Damn.
