Beautiful scales everywhere, never goes out when in use, very pleasant to use, great value for money, I bought two and would recommend them to anyone who regularly uses scales that have it accuracy matters

This scale was great and worked as it should for two years. We kept it in a cool, dry place and used it about once a month on average. Last month the device just wouldn't turn on and I have no idea why. I wrote to the manufacturer, got no answer. Now the same device costs $30 more, but I'll take my money elsewhere due to the lack of customer service. Damn.

Yes, I realize it's a little slow to turn on (takes about 5-7 seconds) but it's accurate, reliable, solidly built and has a fantastic performance Range of 2000g and more to 0.01g I do not use it in professional or laboratory conditions, a few seconds is acceptable for me. I tried a few cheaper Chinese products in the same accuracy category and they were a waste of time and money. That's the problem. Can't fault it. I've been using it for over a year now.
