These are great. I use them for my reverse lights and they work great on my pickup. I live in Florida and my truck has a window tent so it's hard to see with those cheap lights these days. I installed them under the bumper and plugged them into the trailer's connector which has a BU headlight wire. Now when I put it in reverse I can see 50-60 feet behind me and illuminate the entire area. It might do the job, but why bother with one when you can make great progress. I was smoking upon checking out at the Outback Steak House. giggle
