Review on πŸ§— NewDoar 16mm Nylon Climbing Sling Runners - 22KN (4840LB) Utility Cord for Rock Climbing, Anchor Systems, Rappelling Gear, and Tree Work by William Dean

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Quality, inexpensive sewn runners in a variety of sizes

I've used these 180cm runners once outdoors and they work well in solo rope conditions at Devils Lake State Park in Wisconsin; My main goal for them is multi-rope trad climbing, which hopefully will resume soon in the brave new world of COVID-19. 16mm nylon is strong enough to be used for both tie rods and anchors, avoiding the catastrophic shock loading scenarios of Dyneema/Spectra without as much added weight/bulk; and a range of lengths, each with its own specific color (e.g. 180cm black, 150cm red, etc.), allows for integration into a fancy trade stand; The only thing I can't comment on yet is the durability of the tensioners, although as they're CE marked, rated for 23kN and definitely nylon, there's a good chance they'll agree in that regard too; Nylon stretches enough that the chain can be attached to a single carabiner for compact storage
