I've been using a CD slot phone holder for a long time and I liked it, but the downside of what I used was that the elbow wasn't very stiff and therefore could move a lot without which I couldn't have it . not how. However, this one is very stiff and holds the phone perfectly. Also, the part that fits into the CD slot actually has latches so you don't have to pry it in and out of the CD slot to insert and remove it, but it does hold it securely in place. Fantastic investment. I was given a discount for my honest review.
