Pieces of coal fell down!

End caps opened and carbon poured out. I made the mistake of installing this thinking it would wash out. But he ended up clogging the incinerator's $300 spigot and other components. What a mess I'm in! It was a big challenge to turn it all off. Bought a better quality replacement and no problems. I recommend rinsing them straight into a bucket of water before plugging the outlet into faucets or other appliances.
