Review on USA Pan Cheesecake Removable Aluminized by Mark Adams

I haven't seen any USA Pan product that I didn't like. As my pan collection grows, I find the same high quality and most importantly the same non-stick properties in every pan. I was recently commissioned to bake over 50 mini no-flour chocolate cakes for a fundraiser. Every pan/cake pan I've had has resulted in sticking, even with heavy fat, except this one. The cakes rose immediately. Ironically, I have yet to try it for mini cheesecakes, but I can't imagine the performance would be much different. I love this pan!
