USA Pan Cheesecake Removable Aluminized Review

Beware of sharp edges. I messaged USA Pan but they didn't seem very interested. Too bad, because US pans are by far my favorite baked goods.

The shape is a bit odd with a wide rim but perfect for little lime pies! Pretty difficult to clean but the downside is that it comes out with a round bottom so you can make the perfect little dessert.

I have purchased the I SA Pan Mini Cheesecake Pan twice already features a removable base, 6 holes, non-stick and quick release coating, made in the USA from aluminized steel. Both items did not have a removable bottom and are completely unusable. Beware.

My pan just arrived but it doesn't have a removable base. It is unusable as it is. I would love it if I could get them. UPDATE: I received a SECOND order with no removable panties and my daughter also had the same issue. I have contacted USA Pan and they will send me removable disks. You were very helpful!

Came with no bottom but contacted the company and they shipped it to me quickly. VERY durable. This is my second purchase from the company and my lunch box I got from them will last forever! The edges around the bottom holes are SUPER SHARP! He cut off some of my dish soap and could probably easily cut his finger. I can't wait to experiment with all of the cheesecake recipes.

LOVE my Mini Cheesecake Pans. There are 6 mini cheesecake holes in the pans, each has a removable disc on the bottom. Once your cheesecakes have baked and cooled, press down on the bottom and pull out. The surface is non-stick and I don't usually have a problem with something sticking to the sides or bottom. Definitely worth it. Upon receipt of your order, please check that all discs are included. They are not buttoned at all, I had to rummage through the box to find them.

I haven't seen any USA Pan product that I didn't like. As my pan collection grows, I find the same high quality and most importantly the same non-stick properties in every pan. I was recently commissioned to bake over 50 mini no-flour chocolate cakes for a fundraiser. Every pan/cake pan I've had has resulted in sticking, even with heavy fat, except this one. I don't need those one bite mini pans that have the coating peeling off. I wanted a three inch springform pan that looks like a skillet. I just baked 60 mini carrot cakes using these pans. I bought two. You turned out great. I plan on separating them, filling them and topping them with cream cheese frosting. I use a recipe with 4 large eggs, baking soda, and baking soda, and fill two pans with 1/2 cup batter in each hole. I baked them at 350 for 22 minutes. They climbed almost to the top. The…
