Review on Dorman 639-011 Multi Purpose Light Bulb 5 Pack: Long Lasting and Versatile Lighting Solution by Juan Axum

I found the bulb only lasted a day or two at most. The heat from the bulb will melt the plastic latch on its socket and the entire bulb will fall out of the socket. I tried 4 out of 5 lamps with the same result. OEM lamps are made by Phillips and the base material is heat resistant. These lamps are less than useless when used as a dome/reading light in a Chrysler or Dodge minivan.
