I like that it's easy to use, and you can easily set up your own VPS servers with the provided tools. The customer support is also very helpful. It's great if you don't have any experience in server management or virtualization. You need to know what you're doing. For example, I didn't realize that they only provide one IP address per account. This made it hard to access my website from outside of the network. It was difficult to get someone to help me out. They were not willing to give me an extra IP address. We wanted to make our website more accessible to people who weren't able to access it through our main site.
