I like that it's easy to use, and you can easily set up your own VPS servers with the provided tools. The customer support is also very helpful. I like that it's easy to use (it has all of my favorite features), but also very customizable if you need something specific not included out-of-the box or want more control over your server than what they give you with their basic plans. It took me some time getting used to how everything works in this product because there are so many options available at every level. But once i got familiarized w/ them, things became much easier! You can't beat price either - especially when compared against
