Review on ILWIS by Todd Cowdrey

It is very easy to use, it has many features that can be used in order for my business needs. I've been able to make myself comfortable with this program by watching tutorials available online as well learning from other users of ilwis. The tutorial videos are good but sometimes they have too much information so it gets hard trying to keep up! There's nothing about Ilwin at least not yet that i don't like or dislike however there isn't anything amazing either (except maybe how fast you learn). If your looking into remote sensing then definitely get it because its cheap compared to others programs out there which will cost thousands each time an update comes around. Using mapping data collected remotely using satellite imagery along side field surveys/measurements taken during site visits we're better served knowing what resources exist within our area than relying solely off.
