Bad design. The bag is ok, the attachment method sucks. Velcro is only on the ends of the straps that attach it to the bike rack. As a result, there is no way to tighten it. If you pull it tight, you'll go beyond the velcro fastening, so you can't get a snug fit. A few more Velcro centers in production would have made it much safer. As it is, it tilts to one side, then the other. I regret purchasing this item. Another case where a manufacturer saved $0.10 on Velcro and ruined the entire product. This will not fit a regular bike rack without a rack modification. I don't think these people actually test their product after production.
