Unfavorable. I could feel my leg bones hit the pavement after a 10 hour shift. These are the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn. Perhaps they contributed to the fact that I was very annoyed the next day when I went back into my old shoes but was still uncomfortable for the next 4 days due to the pain these shoes were causing to my feet. I felt like walking around naked after a 10 hour shift. Look elsewhere, trust me
