The element broke/burned out after only two uses
A picture is worth a thousand words. As you can clearly see the galvanized steel plate is basically new after only two drying cycles and you can see the broken/separated nichrome wire below where it completes the upper chain bend. This is unacceptable and a HUGE pain in &^%$% to install it, now remove and reinstall another item. Thanks for 2 hours of extra work from my precious weekend time. TRUMP CARD!
