I saved over $100 by purchasing this product instead of an original part at my local parts store! Installation was pretty easy as Samsung came up with a great dryer design. Time will tell if it will last as long as the original (10 years!)

My dryer stopped heating! Due to COVID we have searched long waiting lists to get a new device. My husband googled possible causes and found that this set covers all the possibilities. As soon as we received the part, he found a YouTube video on how to replace the defective part. Works perfectly!

A picture is worth a thousand words. As you can clearly see the galvanized steel plate is basically new after only two drying cycles and you can see the broken/separated nichrome wire below where it completes the upper chain bend. This is unacceptable and a HUGE pain in &^%$% to install it, now remove and reinstall another item. Thanks for 2 hours of extra work from my precious weekend time. TRUMP CARD!

The heating element connector is defective. I needed a thermostat and thermostat and since I was selling everything as a set I decided to swap everything out so I wouldn't have to take the dryer apart again. Unfortunately the heating element was broken, I use other items but I am putting the old heating element back in. The dryer works again, but with the old parts. This product was amazing I will tell you that I live in San Antonio and the locals I believe $400 wanted for this kit and some of them were up to $800. I paid next to nothing for it, it was identical to what came out of my new Samsung dryer. She walked in like her lemon juice was made easy and I'll tell you how it works. It took about an hour for a champ to completely disassemble my dryer and clean the inside of my dryer which never gets clean unless you take it apart and put it back together…

I hesitated to write this review right away because I noticed some negative reviews after accidentally purchasing this device. Now after a month and a half and many washes I can say with certainty that it was worth the price. My dryer has a defective original heating element. I bought it because of the cheap price and fast delivery. By following the YouTube video instructions I was able to easily install this part as I'm not a professional. I'm pretty sure we've done over 30-40 loads of laundry
