In general a good extension cable. It is well made and the materials used are of high quality. The main issue I have with this rod is stability up to about 14 feeds. It's fairly stable and easy to hold once you exceed that length and especially when fully extended it becomes very difficult to hold and hold in place and is even with the lightest GoPro camera, which weighs about a quarter of a pound, very well, it tilts back and forth and isn't stable at all. That issue aside the stick is a decent value and if they could find a way to fix the instability after fully extending it would easily be a five star stick.
