I bought this device on the recommendation of the popular Twitch steamer. I love the guy but it was a mistake. I hope HyperX doesn't pay him to promote their products. I've been using my headset for a few months and the sound quality is basic and not even worth the price. Headband incredible lack of shine. You must have a huge head for this to fit comfortably. The clamping pressure is weak and the adjustable strap that has to be pressed against the head is pathetic. It feels like the headset is falling off. The mic stopped working after a few months and I returned it for a full refund and then bought a Sennheiser PC37X instead. This headset blows this machine.
