The product is very easy to use. It has all the features that you need for your business. I really like how it's simple to create content using multiple channels (email, social media). Sometimes when we have an event or send out emails there are some people who don't receive them because they're not subscribed to our email list. We do try to promote this feature but sometimes it doesn't work as well as we'd hope. This helps us stay organized so everyone knows what needs to be done at any given time. The insights are great, and the team is very responsive. It's a great tool to help us stay on top of our social media. It's a little confusing to use, but the team is working on it. I would like to see a few more features. I would also like to see a way to create a new social media account with the tool. I am solving a problem that we were having with our social media. It's helping us to stay on top of our social media and keep up with our audience.
