Bearings do not rotate
Bearings do not rotate freely. 3/16 actually rotate. The wheels seem fine, but I won't know for sure until I get new bearings to use with them. Update: After soaking and cleaning with bearing cleaner and grease, they all spin freely. However, this should not be a necessary step from the start. Upgrade to two stars.
