This is a good bike tent for the money. We followed all the instructions, it's installed on top and bottom of our wooden deck. We put a heavy-duty plastic bottom in to keep the footpegs from piercing the fabric, and we've had rain and gusts of wind up to 40 mph and it's still intact. We've had ours for about a month. We're shooting for the winter months. It is only built for mild summer weather. From May to October. Nothing for cold winter weather.
