I ordered this mount to hang my new 60 inch TV. It worked great for my purposes, but there was one small problem. Various brackets that look relatively similar, but the hardware package I received had the wrong knobs to tighten the brackets that hang from the back of the TV. Without these knobs, the brackets would move freely and not lock in any position. I had already unpacked the mount, discarded the packaging and was about to hang it up when I noticed the error, so returning it to Revain was not an easy task. Instead, I emailed the manufacturer and described the problem. A few hours later, I received word that the pens I needed had been delivered free of charge. I received the pens today and everything is fine. Excellent customer service from the company. Other things I want to point out are my directions. The sheet was torn when it was just in the box. No important instructions were damaged, but they were a bit difficult to read and I couldn't find the PDF anywhere on the internet. It would be nice if the manufacturer put the PDFs online. Another thing - for installing bolts, I think the pilot holes you should drill might be too small. The tie bolts were very difficult to hammer in. Thing is, I can't be sure if it was because the recommended pilot holes were too small or because the screws in the hardware package were different than what the instructions say - mostly because I know I was getting the wrong hardware package have . with wrong moves. If you find the lag bolts are too tight, enlarge the pilot hole a size or two, but not too much. Too big and you'll compromise grip strength. Installation also takes two people - you'll need help if you want to get it right. Overall I'm happy with the mount and very happy with the customer service.
