The best thing about this tool is its ability to record user interactions with any website or application in real time. This has helped us solve many issues related to testing our mobile applications over an android emulator. It would be great if they can add more features like recording calls made from phone numbers as well. Also it could have been nice if there was some other way of saving recorded data for later analysis rather than just exporting them into csv files which are not easy to handle at times when you need that information right away. I use their service mainly to test my Android apps but also sometimes while deploying new versions via app stores. They help me understand how users interact with each feature/functionality in the application.
