Reading the reviews I was already prepared for this, so I wasn't too disappointed when the remote control didn't work. Nonetheless, this tripod is great. I'm 5ft 2ft and this thing gets taller than me! This will definitely help you get great height and angle shots. I'm a graphic designer and sometimes I need multiple photos that need the same angle and height to match! I also read tarot cards and you can play around with them to point down. So if you write down how you work on something, you'll capture it perfectly! Make sure you weigh it down with something if it's windy it is light and the wind can move it and tip it over. I just put my backpack on my leg and it was enough to keep it strong. Easy to install and remove, fits in a standard backpack. Another great part is that people will respect what you photograph if you use it! You look more professional and people are less likely to tell you something. EDIT: Two months later and it's broken. Somehow the leg broke during installation, so it's crooked. I was still trying to put my phone on it and the pop up page stopped. 💔 Sorry it won't be long.
