Dang. Had high hopes. Needed it to be as advertised. Wasn’t.

Bought these to replace a locally sourced magnetic latch. Was excited about the "strong” description. It really isn’t any stronger than the one I had in there. Plus, while trying to adjust, the center piston broke, shot out of the housing and scattered pieces all over the closet. Have a picture of the pieces I was able to find.unknown if there were more. Doesn’t appear to be an ability to upload anymore. Anyway, this is pretty flimsy.and irritating. It will go back. I’ll figure something else out.

Exactly what I was looking for to replace missing latches.

Cons

Magnetic latches may not be suitable for use in high traffic areas, as they may not hold up to heavy use
