Good windbreaker/rain jacket for children.
Very nice.
The outer layer is waterproof and the inner layer is like cotton, it has no intermediate layers so it might not be very warm in very cold weather, but for a Southern California winter it should be enough. The color and style are good too, my daughter likes it.
