I don't buy a speaker if it doesn't sound good. They sound surprisingly good for such a small speaker. Handles high, low and mid tones well. Excellent volume without distortion. I like to hang it in the shower on weekends if you're not in a hurry. It also attaches well to my golf bag when playing golf with friends. Admittedly, I don't use it that often, but I think I owned it for almost a year before I needed to charge it. My only criticism is that I wish there were NEXT and PREV buttons on the speaker itself. I think it only has PLAY/PAUSE and VOLUME +/- buttons. Using it in the shower doesn't give me convenient access to my phone, and it would be nice to be able to skip songs I don't want to listen to.
