frustrated Best in Automotive Electronics Accessories

RP4-FD11 did not work. I had to go to the store to buy a new one. The rest of the kit and wiring harness came installed so I wasn't able to return the entire package. Super low quality. The new radio faceplate is decent, but definitely way below standard than the factory one.
