Ok first off this hat is a cutie. I really like it and Iโm thinking of placing another order. But I do however have one complaint the packing sucks. The hat was literally crumbled when I pulled if out of the box. Luckily I was able to reshape it .But it took some work. I hope this was a one off ๐ค
