Very useful but a bit weak
These side-folding clam shells can be a godsend - I definitely prefer them over the bottom-folding ones, although it's not really necessary - but they're flimsy. I mean if you have to open one of them to adjust something, the fold becomes weak and may break. Left alone after one use, they should be fine. The ones I bought were the smallest and I would love to find a bigger one; They would probably be stronger too.
