Dried out and lumpy on delivery!

More than half of my paints were dried out when I opened tbem. Of the few that were useable the coverage is awful. I've used several brands of enamel paint and these are by far the worst. I didn't return them because I needed the black paint immediately for a project. Don't waste your money on these!
