I had an issue where I needed a new IR remote when I changed my wireless network name and password. Stupidly, I didn't think that the TV and my phone would only work if they were on the same network. And now that the network has been changed I couldn't go into the TV settings and change them as I didn't have a portable remote control. Factories are the same as any other generic brand).
