Does NOT charge iPad while watching over HDMI
Based on the product description it behaves like a similar adapter for my older iPad Pro where I can charge it with the Lightning connector while watching with an HDMI watch cable videos on my tv. However, when watching video via HDMI, the moment you plug in USB-C, it tries to switch to video and the TV loses the signal. Disappointing. It works well as a simple adapter, but I wanted to power the iPad Pro while watching videos on TV.
