Review on Valley Enterprises® 3 5Mm Female Stereo by Lisa Appleman

Item arrived quickly. I took it out of the envelope and saw that it was curled up in a bag. It looked like it was only six inches long as opposed to the 1 foot I ordered. I didn't want to open the bag and risk not being eligible for a return. So, to avoid foot and mouth disease, I "measured" the twisted pair cable with my index finger and thumb and got 6 inches, which I was sure were inches. I contacted the seller and explained (what I thought) the problem. Very politely they said they sent the correct cable (they did). But I was "always the right customer” and asserted myself. Every time I got quick replies from them, the last one told me they were sorry and that I would get a replacement in 48 hours. Realizing I could open the "bug" I did, unfolded it and found it was actually 1 foot long. My take on this story is that BlueMall is a great company. Period. I was wrong. They were polite, professional and polite. If you ever need something that BlueMall sells, this is the company to do business with.
