Review on Ames KV8312 Digital Answering Machine by Cameron Aleman

A call filter was initially installed to allow preprogrammed whitelisted accepted calls and block blacklisted missed calls. Unfortunately ALL my calls were BLOCKED! :-0 Returned this expired scanner and got this answering machine that answers after 2 rings, warns phone salespeople and solicitors to hang up, remove my number from their call log and asks all other callers to just leave their name, number and a short one message so we can take your call as soon as possible! I can tell right away if this is a robot/telec/lawyer call because most hang up without leaving a message! They try 4 to 6 times a day from 8:35 to 20:59! #aggravating! The phone still rings, but I don't have to answer or miss any important calls! Does the job, I recommend it!
