I'll try to be as objective as possible. I have been using Pioneers as head units for almost my entire adult life. This radio after my personal measurements showed real 40-45 watts per channel. Shakes any car speakers sold in chain stores. The only claim is only to the quality and purity of the sound. The class D amplifier installed in this radio does not shine with special sound quality, in fact, like all amplifiers of this class. The sound is a bit “dry”, lacking life and richness. The power supply of this radio requires special attention. Install wires with a cross section of at least 4 mm2 (even 2.5 mm2 is not enough for this radio). In general, the device is purely for an amateur. Anyone who wants a powerful sound will install a separate amplifier, and this radio tape recorder was most likely created purely for the sake of demonstrating its capabilities. In short, if you want maximum sound with minimal investment and without much quality claims, then this is a great option.
