The installation required a lot of tact because the instructions were poor. Once I found the right position (I found that for the best fit I had to flip the brace on the brace myself!). Once (properly) fitted and installed it felt great and definitely improved my riding experience (severe back pain). The biggest problem is that the padded back "torn off" from the metal column after only a few rides. Getting off the bike, my foot hit the base (not too hard, but more than a bump) and the soft base broke right off the mount. So far the nuts/bolts used seem to be too short; I hope that after installing longer screws everything is fine.
