Lots of reviews on this, let me get that straight. You need to replace the motor or install a new one and reuse the old propellers. And nuts from the door. Most, if not all, come without nuts/bolts, also known as hardware. Just for your information. The part appears to be of the same good quality as the window regulator I took out. It's only the first day but I'll update if anything goes wrong.
