bad party? Best in paints, wall care and accessories

Totally tacky. Maybe the product was old, but it was a solid, slimy block in the middle and watery all around. I shook, I stirred, I shook back and forth. Nothing smoothed it out so I smashed it into smaller chunks and rolled it against the wall, smashing and smearing. Not worth the time, effort or frustration. Next time I'll buy Kilz.
