This was an acceptable product when I had an average laptop but when I upgraded to a heavier gaming laptop it stopped working properly. It wasn't designed for balance and I woke up to find my Alienware had fallen to the floor. So I started stacking it; This is another problem I have with the product. Disassembly and reconfiguration seem easy, but with a balance issue it's trial and error almost every time. What I love about this product is the fan. It's a great addition and a big part of why I chose it in the first place; I will look into another laptop stand though.
