Update: I took this bag on holiday and after a day of use the USB part broke, very disappointing, I had high hopes for this bag. I only got it today so I can only give a review based on what I've seen of it. I'll come back and check it out once I've used it. It arrived just in time for my holiday (I'm leaving tomorrow), it seems to fit very well, I love that it charges via USB but didn't realize I needed to plug it in somewhere else or have a portable charger , this is how the USB part is supposed to work I think. It didn't come with instructions so I wasn't happy with it and not much to say here. The label also says "the zip has a password locking device" but that is not true or I'm missing something but as you can clearly see in my photos there is no lock/password device. I'm not tech savvy so I really wish there was a guide with it or how to use the USB part. I'll understand, but overall it seems like a decent backpack.
