Review on Sony DVM60PRL3BPWM 60 Minute Mini-DV Cassettes DVC Premium Series - 3 Pack | Discontinued by Manufacturer by Aaron Cruz

I ordered these Sony mini DV cassettes from Adorama and received a similar product but not the one shown in the ad. What I got was the cheaper version. Although it was a Sony, it's a French-made product and comes in a yellow/orange box. These are not Sony blue boxed cartridges made in the USA for camcorders using North American technology. I've encountered many warnings regarding the quality of the orange and yellow ribbons. Model No. is also slightly different. When I called Adorama to fix the problem, the phone rang forever. Finally when someone replies they are extremely rude, condescending and transfer you to another department. who never answers the phone. Unfortunately I get stuck with the ribbons because I don't want to pay any additional shipping costs. However, I will never order from Adorama again and hope you are lucky enough to avoid transacting with them.
