Review on Cangshan 1024197 German Forged 17 Piece by Martha Fernandez

I bought these knives for my wife for Valentine's Day 2021. Her Henckel knives were finished and I wanted to give her something more stylish and a big upgrade overall. I have done extensive research on Cangshan knives and was satisfied enough with what I read and saw to pull the trigger on this particular set of knives. My wife loved the knives and they went perfectly with our dark wood cabinets and white subway tile backsplash. These knives are strong, sharp and heavy. Not only do they look good, they work well too. Pulling her out of the block of wood sounds like you're pulling a sword; No kidding, you hear that "Shinggg" sound. I was a bit reluctant to purchase these knives because of the steep price tag, but as a premium consumer, I'm all too familiar with what you're paying for. Let's see how they hold up.
