Including glassware, drinkware, kitchen and dining, and entertaining items, I made several recent purchases from Enindel's web shop. However, dealing with this business was a letdown because their product descriptions were off. Several of the items I ordered were not what was promised when I got my package. Kitchen and tableware, for instance, did not actually consist of the advertised materials, and glassware and drinkware were noticeably smaller than promoted. I tried to get in touch with Enindel's customer support to ask for a refund or replacement, but they were unhelpful and unresponsive. Despite the fact that the information presented to me about the product was incorrect and misleading, they still refused to issue a reimbursement or exchange. The inaccurate product descriptions and unresponsive customer service made my experience shopping at Enindel's web store a frustrating and disappointing one. A trustworthy and accurate shopping experience cannot be guaranteed when dealing with this business.
