Review on 🎵 Bose SoundLink Revolve + Lux Gray: Ultimate Portable & Long-Lasting Bluetooth 360 Speaker by Jordan Rini

I bought this for outdoor use and it sounds great. Would only buy if you plan on using this indoors or in good weather with no chance of getting wet. I've used it a few times in light rain and then found that the battery isn't holding a charge. I contacted Bose, went through all the troubleshooting procedures, and finally sent the speaker in for repair. Bose informed me that the speaker was beyond repair due to liquid damage and offered me a 30% discount on a new speaker. They would not send my old speaker back to me and would not support an advertised product that said it can be used in the rain/poolside where it can splash. I wish the durability was as advertised and Bose stands by their products. Great sound, terrible customer service and longevity.
